How Strike handles your personal data on the website, the waitlist, the trading app and the API.

01Who we are

Strike Labs Ltd. (“Strike”, “we”) operates strikelabs.app, trade.strikelabs.app, the Strike API and the waitlist, and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at support@strikelabs.app.

02What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your sign-in identifier from our sign-in provider, the wallet address you connect, and, if you connect them, your Discord ID and username, your email address and your X username, with when you joined and when you were invited.

When you trade: your wallet address and any address you link (such as a Hyperliquid address), the public keys of trading sessions you approve, and your orders, trades, positions, balances, deposits, withdrawals and settlements, with any invite, referral or builder code you use.

When you use the site or API: technical data such as your IP address, browser or client, and the requests you make, which we use for security, rate limiting and fixing problems.

We do not collect government ID, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

03Why we use it

  • To run the service: sign you in, let you in from the waitlist, operate your account, match and settle trades, and process deposits and withdrawals.
  • To keep the venue safe: margin and liquidation, preventing abuse and manipulation, rate limiting, and investigating incidents.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as sanctions screening and responding to lawful requests.
  • To contact you about your account or the waitlist.

04What is public by design

  • Deposits, withdrawals and claims are blockchain transactions on Arbitrum or Hyperliquid, visible to anyone with the addresses involved.
  • The ledger’s proofs and state commitments are published on chain.
  • Our public explorer shows trades (price, size, time, contract and which side took liquidity) without wallet addresses or names.

05Who we share it with

  • Service providers who run parts of Strike for us: sign-in and embedded wallets (Privy), hosting (Vercel, Amazon Web Services, DigitalOcean) and documentation (GitBook).
  • The independent attesters that verify Strike’s ledger, which receive the ledger’s records to do so.
  • Builders and partners whose apps you trade through: orders that carry a builder’s code, and the account activity that follows from them, are shared with that builder.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect Strike, its users or others.
  • A buyer or successor, if Strike’s business is transferred.

We do not sell personal data.

06Cookies and local storage

We use only what the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering that you have been let in, and saving preferences such as a chosen market. Clearing them signs you out.

07How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until you are let in or ask us to remove them. Account and trading records are kept for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as the ledger’s integrity, disputes and the law require. Request logs are kept for a short period. Records written to a blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.

08Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to support@strikelabs.app from a channel linked to your account. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including to object or to complain to a data protection authority. Some data, such as trading records and anything on a blockchain, cannot be deleted while we need it for the reasons above.

09Security and transfers

We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit and limited retention, but no system is completely secure. Our providers process data in several countries, including the United States, Singapore and Japan.

10Children

Strike is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

11Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top.
